入手方法・場所
フロストバック盆地のストーンベア・ホールドの闘技場の優勝景品として入手できる。クエスト「ハコンの試練」を完了後、もう一度闘技場に入って１０連戦を勝ち抜けばよい。なお、クエスト直後に挑戦する必要はない。（要ＤＬＣ「ハコンの顎」）

アヴァーの伝説では遠い昔、戦いと死の神が鉄と氷を纏い、冬の最も厳しい風で出来た剣を手に戦場へ自ら赴いたといわれる。忠実な戦士達と共に戦えなくなった時、彼は勇気の剣を、彼の名で戦いを起こした者に渡したといわれる。
Long ago, the Avvar say, the god of war and death once took the field of battle himself, armored in iron and ice and wielding a great blade made of the bitterest winds of winter. When he could no longer fight alongside his loyal warriors, he gave his Blade of Valor to a champion to wage war in his name.
