概要
イーストマーチ地方（Eastmarch）の首長ウルフリック・ストームクローク（Ulfric Stormcloak）に率いられる反乱軍。
スカイリムを帝国の支配から解放し独立国にすることを目的としている。スカイリムの東側のほとんどの地域は、現在、ストームクロークの支配下にある。
加入
ウィンドヘルム（Windhelm）にある王の宮殿（Palace of the Kings）を訪れ、首長ウルフリック・ストームクロークに入隊希望を伝える。
